School FAQ’s

  • There are no upfront or membership fees to join! The beauty of SponsorPlace is in its revenue-sharing model to help schools make as much as possible.

  • SponsorPlace will pre-populate a list for you of the most common inventory assets in high schools. Common ones include banners, signage, scoreboard ads, and digital ads. You have the ability to edit these or add your own unique assets (to be reviewed by SP).

  • You are able to upload three financial accounts, pending where you want your funds allocated (per user not asset) Our initial suggestions are your internal school account, a 501c3 account (could be your Education Foundation), district account, PTO, or Booster account.

  • SponsorPlace will help you manage all the steps in your transaction such as receiving ad artwork and payments. If your school does not have the ability to handle printing of inventory (e.g., a banner), SponsorPlace can provide access to printing for an additional fee.

  • You can print through SponsorPlace! Get it in 3 business days once artwork is received. Costs will be listed in the asset upload section.

  • The most common assets are priced as follows:

    Banners - $70

    Posters (4) - $38

    A-frame (4), (24x36) - $100

    A-frame (3x8 pop-up) - $350

  • Anything you can dream of - stadium & fence banners, digital signage, posters, a-frames, newsletters, social media posts, PA announcements and more.

  • Yes! Your selected school will provide exact specifications on how your artwork should be formatted. You will then upload your print-ready design for the school’s final sign off.

  • Currently SponsorPlace offers Basketball, Football, and General ads with plans to expand to more sports in the future.

  • SponsorPlace is designed to empower brands to effortlessly select multiple ads at one school, ads across multiple schools, and even across an entire market.

  • All sponsorship purchases are one flat fee. The school handles all printing execution and cost.

  • In respect to schools, sponsors may not be of political, tobacco, alcohol, gambling, drugs, or sexual nature.
